Giving

Mending Arrow Ranch is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.

Thank you so much for your considerations of giving to Mending Arrow Ranch. Because of your generosity, we are able to provide services for children in the Brave One program for free, as well as pricing below average for students in all other programs. All funds donated are used to provide sessions for each child, care and feeding of our horses, program expenses, property maintenance and other expenses.

Sponsor a Child

When you sponsor a child you are not just giving them a riding lesson. You are giving them a one-on-one session with an instructor who goal for that time is to make it all about mending that child’s body, life and soul with a horse as their assistant and best friend.

Mending Arrow Ranch provides a 6 week semester twice a year (Spring and Fall) for each student in the programs of Brave One, Dream Catchers, and 4 Direction.

  • 1 child for one session/ $25.00
  • 1 child for half a semester/ $75.00 (3 sessions)
  • 1 child for 1 full semester/ $150.00 (6 sessions)
  • 1 child for 2 full semesters / $300.00 (12 sessions/annual)


Students in the Brave One program attend sessions at the ranch completely free of charge, thanks to the generosity of sponsors like you.


The quotes above are the cost of each session to the ranch which include: insurance, instructor fees, equine care and equipment.

Sponsor a Horse

Each horse at Mending Arrow Ranch has a unique past that gives them the ability to reach out to children in amazing ways by serving as their loyal protectors. …making them what we call “War Ponies”. By supporting the care of each horse, it allows us to continue offering free programs to our students, but caring for them is not cheap. They require a great deal of food, grooming and veterinary care. Please consider sponsoring a horse today by underwriting the annual cost to care for one of these magnificent animals.
